Ingredients:

  • Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Sea Salt
  • Fresh Blueberries, divided
  • Fresh Raspberries, divided
  • Pure Maple Syrup
  • Toasted Sliced Almonds
  • Chia Seeds
  • cold Almond Milk for finishing

Instructions:

  1. Combine the rolled oats, 1 cup almond milk, sea salt, and ground cinnamon in a small non-stick saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Once the mixture reaches a gentle bubble, reduce the heat to low. Stir in half of the blueberries (approx. 37g).
  3. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid and the blueberries have slightly burst, creating a purple hue.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat. Gently fold in the remaining fresh blueberries, raspberries, and maple syrup using a silicone spatula.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and top with toasted sliced almonds and chia seeds. Finish with a splash of cold almond milk.
