Ingredients:
- Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Ground Cinnamon
- Sea Salt
- Fresh Blueberries, divided
- Fresh Raspberries, divided
- Pure Maple Syrup
- Toasted Sliced Almonds
- Chia Seeds
- cold Almond Milk for finishing
Instructions:
- Combine the rolled oats, 1 cup almond milk, sea salt, and ground cinnamon in a small non-stick saucepan over medium heat.
- Once the mixture reaches a gentle bubble, reduce the heat to low. Stir in half of the blueberries (approx. 37g).
- Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid and the blueberries have slightly burst, creating a purple hue.
- Remove the pan from the heat. Gently fold in the remaining fresh blueberries, raspberries, and maple syrup using a silicone spatula.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with toasted sliced almonds and chia seeds. Finish with a splash of cold almond milk.
