Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) honey
  • 1 tsp (5ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) lime zest
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) salt

Instructions:

  1. Carefully slice the chilled watermelon into sticks approximately 1/2-inch thick and 3–4 inches long, ensuring uniform cuts for structural integrity.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, lime zest, and salt. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is velvety and completely smooth.
  3. Arrange the watermelon sticks in a neat pile or circular pattern on a chilled platter, placing the yogurt dip in a small bowl at the center.
