Instructions:
- Carefully slice the chilled watermelon into sticks approximately 1/2-inch thick and 3–4 inches long, ensuring uniform cuts for structural integrity.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, lime zest, and salt. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is velvety and completely smooth.
- Arrange the watermelon sticks in a neat pile or circular pattern on a chilled platter, placing the yogurt dip in a small bowl at the center.
