Ingredients:

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, chilled
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Remove the rind from the chilled watermelon and use a crinkle cutter to slice the fruit into 1/2-inch thick strips.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is velvety and smooth.
  3. Arrange the watermelon fries on a platter and place the dip in a ramekin in the center.
