Ingredients:
- 4 cups seedless watermelon, chilled
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- Remove the rind from the chilled watermelon and use a crinkle cutter to slice the fruit into 1/2-inch thick strips.
- In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is velvety and smooth.
- Arrange the watermelon fries on a platter and place the dip in a ramekin in the center.
