Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp pickle brine
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Add the mayonnaise and ketchup to your mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously until the color is a uniform, pale orange and no white streaks remain.
  2. Stir in the mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Slowly whisk in the pickle brine one teaspoon at a time until the sauce is smooth and velvety. Finish with a pinch of black pepper.
