Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp pickle brine
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1 pinch cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Add the mayonnaise and ketchup to your mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously until the color is a uniform, pale orange and no white streaks remain.
- Stir in the mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Slowly whisk in the pickle brine one teaspoon at a time until the sauce is smooth and velvety. Finish with a pinch of black pepper.
