Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the strawberries thoroughly and remove the green hulls. Halve them to ensure the blender blades catch every piece quickly.
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt, strawberries, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt into the blender canister.
  3. Process on high for 45–60 seconds until the color shifts from a streaky pink to a uniform, pale rose hue.
  4. Stop the blender and use a silicone spatula to scrape down the sides. Pulse one final time for 5 seconds to ensure the dip is completely smooth.
