Ingredients:

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, chilled and cut into sticks
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Combine the sliced strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and a vibrant pink color, avoiding over-blending to prevent foam.
  2. Using a crinkle cutter, slice the chilled watermelon into sticks approximately 1/4 inch thick and 3 inches long.
  3. Transfer the blended dip into a small ramekin and place it in the center of a serving platter. Arrange the watermelon fries radiating outward from the dip.
  4. Place the entire platter in the fridge for 5 minutes before serving to ensure the fries are crisp and cold.
