Ingredients:

  • 4 cups (960g) seedless watermelon, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup (245g) plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup (75g) fresh strawberries, hulled and finely diced or pureed
  • 1 tbsp (21g) honey

Instructions:

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, strawberries, and honey in a blender. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and a pale pink hue. Transfer to a ramekin and chill.
  2. Slice the watermelon into 1-inch thick slabs. Using a crinkle cutter or sharp knife, cut these slabs into strips approximately 3 inches long and ½ inch wide.
  3. Arrange the watermelon fries in a pile on a platter. Drizzle the fresh lime juice over the top and serve with the chilled yogurt dip in the center.
