Ingredients:
- 1 cup (245g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 tbsp (21g) honey
- 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) vanilla extract
- 4 cups (600g) seedless watermelon
Instructions:
- Place the Greek yogurt, hulled strawberries, honey, and vanilla extract into a blender. Process on high until the mixture is a uniform, vibrant pink and completely smooth.
- Slice the chilled seedless watermelon into 1-inch thick slabs. Use a crinkle cutter to slice these slabs into batons approximately 1/4 inch wide and 3 inches long.
- Spoon the strawberry yogurt dip into a small ramekin or bowl and arrange the watermelon fries vertically around the dip or stacked in a basket.
- Place the assembled plate in the freezer for 5 minutes before serving for a frosty finish.
