Instructions:
- Place the Greek yogurt into the mixing bowl. Using the whisk, stir the yogurt for 30 seconds to remove any lumps and create a smooth, creamy foundation.
- Add the honey, vanilla extract, lime juice, and lime zest. Whisk vigorously until the honey is fully integrated and the dip looks glossy.
- Fold in the cinnamon gently. Taste the dip to ensure it is tangy with a subtle sweetness. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to marry.
