- 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (30g)

- 1/4 tsp salt (1.5g)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (170g)
Instructions:
- Beat the softened butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar together on medium-high speed until the mixture looks pale and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Sift the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt into the wet ingredients. Stir on low speed or by hand until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto parchment-lined sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove them when the edges are set but the centers still look slightly soft.
